Keynote Facilitation Group

Keynote Facilitation Group is designed to help your team articulate opportunities and achieve goals. It’s that simple… and that big.  The need to build and sustain team synergy –and propel team energy – has never been more important. To thrive in today’s world, your team must be on the same page. That’s where Keynote comes in. Our role is to facilitate an experience where diverse and independent individuals are motivated and empowered to achieve unified, interdependent goals.

Our world is more complex and more demanding than it’s ever been.  Whatever the situation, it seems that the vast and growing amount of variables and contingencies outside of our control, the “noise”, is making it more difficult than ever to form and focus on objectives within our control. Too many of us are spending too much time, energy and resources “swatting flies” as they say.

That’s why in a world like ours, there are few things more beneficial or more satisfying than a cohesive team working successfully toward a shared goal.

The mission of Keynote Facilitation Group is to help you cut through the noise.  Simply put, we manage the means and facilitate the process so that your team can confidently establish and clearly achieve its goals.

Why Facilitation?

Facilitation Process

Discovery

Our first step is to work with you to understand the “who, what and why” of your group or team.  This critical step allows us to begin to understand unique group dynamics, goals, needs and wants, and past challenges and successes. From this initial discovery, we prepare and present to you a scope-of-work proposal.

Design

Upon acceptance of the proposal, we design a goal-path workshop uniquely tailored for your group and your objectives. This is not a cookie-cutter process.  Your group and your goals are unique, so the design of your workshop must also be unique. We work with you continuously and iteratively during this stage to craft the best possible plan for your group, including key objectives and deliverables.

Delivery

This is “game day”, the overall capstone of the engagement.  This is where everything is put in place and implemented to bring your team or group together.  Our goal-path workshop, usually 1-to-3 days in duration, will be an engaging, empowering and entertaining process where the Keynote facilitator leads participants to the agreed-upon goals and objectives.

Debrief

While the goal-path workshop is certainly the highlight of the engagement, it is not the completion. Following the workshop, Keynote will provide you with a post-session review and analysis, as well as our recommendations for follow up activities.
